My husband and I have lived in the black hills for ten years now. We moved to the area after my husband joined the Air Force. My husband and I have one little boy named Blake. We also share our home with two dogs, Ky and Rylee.
My passion is teaching and kids.
I graduated from Black Hills State University in the spring of 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I completed my masters in Technology Integration last year at USD. I was a PBS digital innovator for SD during the 2016-2017 school year.
I completed my student teaching in 2nd grade. I taught one year as paraprofessional in a K-1 Special Education classroom, five years teaching 1st grade, and returning to 2nd grade this year.
