Welcome Back First Graders!
I hope you all had a great three day weekend! I went to a BBQ and visited with my family. I would love to hear about your weekend during share time.
In math we will solve one more, one less number stories, play bunny hop, and play penny dice game. In social studies today, we will begin our unit on rules and citizens and learn how we act in different places. In writing, we match words one to one. In reading, we will review our reading strategies (check for understanding and cross check), practice independent reading, and learn another strategy- tune into interesting words.
